Artist's Description
I did some research but could only find an H.G. Tolbert in Texas and Oklahoma. It seems the Tolberts were grain traders, so along with the spirit of America, they probably had stores all over the U.S. Obviously, this one says it was a "grocery" store but I can only assume they sold grain products in the old days. I took this photo on August 13, 2015, Temple, GA (USA).

About Eileen Brymer
Hello! I have been taking photos since I was young. In 2011, an art and frame shop owner took notice of photos I was asking him to blow up for me. He thought I was selling them. At the time I was living in the DC area, so he began selling my monument photos. That is when I realized I should consider photography more seriously. I am self-taught and am always looking for that special shot. I've been lucky quite a few times. I'm a native New Yorker, but retired down in Georgia. I am new to Fine Art America and hope to upload only the very special photos in my portfolio. It will take a little time, but I hope to have new sights for you to see as I move forward. Love and peace!
